Downtown Ladie's Night Out will take place on Friday, May,21st, with shoppiong sales, and promotins at downtown businesses from 5-8pm, after which everyone will kick back at an after party benefiting Womencare Shelter at the Wild Buffalo. After party attendees will learn about Wommencare, enjoy live music, drink specials, entertainment, a fashion show, raffle and more. The first three hundred ticket buyers will receive a goody bag at the door, packed with givaways and deals from participating businesses and sponsors. Last year there were more then over 400 attendees, and we're expecting it to be even better this year! Donations:
We need your help! Womencare Shelter's request for services have increased 40% since 2008. Unfortunately our individual donations are down by 29%. You can donate online or you may send donations through the mail to our administrative office.If you'd like to donate tangible items we accept them at our business office during business hours. Our donors are a vital part or our organization. If you would like to donate tangible items please see the link to our wishlist below. Items on our wishlist can be dropped off at our admninistrative location 9-5pm Monday - Friday.
Volunteering:
There are many opportunities to volunteer with us. Our volunteers are the heart of of organization. They have found their experiences to be fun, fulfilling, and educational.
